• November 3 - $540 ($510 Chaperone)
• December 8 - $530 ($500 Chaperone)
• January 26, 2027 - $509 or balance ($409 or balance Chaperone)

FUNDRAISING
Of course, we currently have both the Sponsors & Student Dedication Fundraiser and the Widdy Up Fundraiser running and will have more fundraising events this school year. If you would like to use Band Credit toward any tour payment, please make a credit transfer request with the Band treasurers.

Any money earned through corporate donations and/or grants will be applied to the overall cost of the tour as those funds are secured. If you have any leads for corporate donations and/or grants, please share them with us! Because of potential donations, it is recommended that you do not pay off the trip earlier than the payment schedule above.
