• September 5 - $350 ($350 Chaperone) - Initial Deposit (non-refundable)
• October 10 - $510 ($490 Chaperone)
• November 7 - $510 ($490 Chaperone)
• January 9, 2025 - $430 ($400 Chaperone)
• February 6, 2025 - $399 or balance ($269 or balance Chaperone)

Rehearsals - Mandatory for all students traveling to Chicago.

• All student participants along with one parent/guardian

FUNDRAISING
Of course, we currently have both the Sponsors & Student Dedication Fundraiser and the Widdy Up Fundraiser running and will have more fundraising events this school year including Butter Braid. If you would like to use Band Credit toward any tour payment, please do a credit transfer request with Kim Somers.

Any money earned through corporate donations and/or grants will be applied to the overall cost of the tour as those funds are secured. Because of this, it is recommended that you do not pay off the trip earlier than the payment schedule above.
